- take accommodation bookings. To build our customer database. To hold billing information should there be a requirement to obtain payment for services provided or recover costs involved with breaches of accommodation policy or damages related to your accommodation.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter the minimum information, we require in order to complete a booking, we’ll be unable to finalise your booking, therefore cannot offer accommodation.
We keep your information safe by using Seekom Motel management system and only allowing access by management via secure login process.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
